    Procedures to reshape your body include:

    Tummy Tuck (Belt Lipectomy) – Removes excess skin from the abdomen
    A belt lipectomy, sometimes called a circumferential abdominoplasty or tummy tuck, removes excess skin and fat that persists around the abdomen or stomach area. A lipectomy helps tighten and flatten the abdomen. It also narrows the waist and removes excess tissue from the flanks. It also extends around the back to elevate sagging tissue along the buttocks and upper outer thighs. The procedure can produce dramatic improvements within the midsection for patients.

    Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) – Removes excess skin from arms
    Patients with excess skin and fat of the upper arm often complain of feeling like they have “bat wings.” After significant weight loss, it is common to have loose skin on the upper arms. A brachioplasty, or arm lift, removes excess skin and fat of the upper arm. Dr. Mitchell uses the latest techniques, including liposuction, to reshape the arms, This also reduces post-procedure scars on the arms. The procedure removes excess fat and skin within the upper arm and tightens and re-contours the arm.

    Thigh Lift (Medial & Vertical Thighplasty) – Removes excess skin on the thighs
    After significant weight loss, the thighs may be left with loose, baggy skin. For some, a medial thigh lift can help remove and tighten skin on the thighs and knees.
